<p>The City of Caral is located in the valley of Supe to 182 km to the north of Lima, it is the oldest city and it cradles of the civilization of America. It has five thousand years of antiquity. It is the most remarkable discovery of the last times. The antiquity of Caral was detected through 18 datings carbonic radio, some done in the USA.</p>

<p><strong>TOUR TO THE RELIGIOUS CENTER OF CARAL:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Duration: 01 Day &#8211; Private Service.<br />
</strong>Our tour to the sacred sacred city of Caral begins with the gathering of our clients of its respective hotels, then we will initiate our route by four hours approximately by the North Panamerican highway.<br />
Arrival to the city of Caral. Where we will be able to appreciate the microscopic images of the site, next to an archaeologist will know the different constructions of pyramids, in two which the architectonic distribution of the first Peruvian civilization and America can be known. These constructions include an amphitheatre, central furnaces of offerings in circular form, seats, residential zones and religious centers.<br />
This city dates from 5000 years of antiquity and it is located to it chronological compares to the constructions of pyramids in Egypt.<br />
Thanks to the discovery of the archaeological city of Caral a new chronological vision of the cities in America and the world had.<br />
After the visit we will have lunch and in the evening we return to the city of Lima.</p>

<p><strong>DAY 1 CUSCO &#8211; PILCOPATA</strong><br />
We leave from Cusco by private bus, first stopping to visit the pre-Inca burial towers of Ninamarca. We then drive through the mountains to get to the typical and folkloric town of Paucartambo. Here we will take a short walk around the town before carrying on Acjanaco, the highest point and entrance to Manu National Park.  From here we will continue into the cloud forest and to San Pedro, we will walk for about 1 hour to observe the National Bird of Peru, the Cock of the Rock and many different kinds of monkeys, plants and flowers. We arrive at Pilcopata in the evening where we will sleep in a local lodge.</p>

<p><strong>DAY 2 PILCOPATA – PALOTOA</strong><br />
After breakfast we will continue by private bus to Atalaya.  On the way we will stop to observe a coca plantation.  We will also stop at a viewpoint where you can look out over the surrounding expanse of jungle and rivers.  From Atalaya we leave by motorized boat to Aguas Calientes where you can bathe in the natural hot springs.  In the afternoon we will return up river to Palotoa, stopping to visit  the native community Shintuya on the way,  In the afternoon we will walk in the jungle for several hours to learn about and appreciate the many different kind of animals, birds, plants and flowers.  If we are lucky we will see monkeys.  When we return we will be served dinner and sleep in our tents at the platforms of Palotoa campsite close to the Alto Madre de Dios River.</p>

After breakfast we will go on a full day expedition carrying enough gear for one night and our sleeping bags.  We will experience and appreciate the pristine jungle with its many kinds of animals in their natural environment and different kinds of flowers, medicinal plants, etc.  We can climb some of the big trees of the jungle using liana or strangle trees. Later in the afternoon we will go swimming and fishing and try to catch caimans until dinner time.  On this night we camp close to the river in our tents, deep in the jungle.&nbsp;</p>

After breakfast we will walk for several hours back to the platforms.  After lunch, we will continue up river to Soga de Oro and in the afternoon we will enjoy visiting a small lake.  Later we can go try to catch caiman.  All the time we will be experiencing pristine wildlife. For the night we will set up camp close to the river, build a bonfire and enjoy some drinks.&nbsp;</p>

The mysterious markings on the desert called “The plains of Nazca “are known all over the word. These drawings design by unknown and ancient people only make sense from the air. <p class="subtitulo1"><strong>D<span lang="es-mx">ay</span> 02: Nazca &#8211; Lima</strong></p>
<p>Today early morning flight over the Nazca lines. The world of Nazca is associated all over the world with the huge geometrical figures that hundreds of years ago were etched on the extensive plains of the Peruvian coastal desert. The mysteries of the Nazca lines remain unsolved. Why they were made, by whom they were constructed and how they were built have attracted the attention of thousands of people, from eager travelers to well know scientists.<br />
The Nazca Lines and figures hold many secrets and mysteries, still without explanation, even for the numerous scholars from all over the world that have invested much of their time and effort. After the over flight, tour to Chauchilla Cemetery, where individual and multiple burials can be seen. In the multiple tombs are believed to be important persons buried in the company of their servants. The bodies were mummified, exposing only the head from the mummy bundle, which was covered, in some cases with feather masks.<br />

<p><strong>Day 3 &#8211; ICA / NAZCA / LIMA</strong><br />
Drive to the small airfield of Nazca for a 45 minute over-flight of the Nazca plains, which affords the opportunity to appreciate the drawings and figures that are so intriguing to archaeologists and anthropologists. Upon return to Lima, stop for lunch at the Hotel Paracas. Arrives in Lima in the evening.</p>

Very early in the morning pick up from your hotel and transfer to the bus station to take bus to the city of Pisco. Arrival to the selected hotel. Visit to the Julio C. Tello site museum to observe fine pottery pieces and the famous polychrome textiles made by the Paracas people. Visit to the Cathedral, the sea lions look out point, and Lagunillas and Atenas, accessible beautiful beaches where we will enjoy the sun and the sea. Return to Pisco. Overnight in Pisco or Paracas.</p>
<p><strong>Day 2: Ballestas Islands &#8211; Lima (B)</strong><br />
Early in the morning motor boat excursion to Ballestas Islands, in the Paracas National Reserve, where we will observe sea lions, bobo bird, pelicans, penguins and marine birds, among many other species converge looking for shelter.<br />
From the boat we will observe the famous Candelabro, an enigmatic figure that many people believed is related to the Nazca lines, others link the drawing to the Southern Cross constellation and many other believe it is a stylized drawing of a cactus, that was used by high Inca and pre-Inca priests as hallucinogen. After taking pictures of the sea lions, seals and seabirds rookeries we will return to Pisco. Transfer to the bus station and return to Lima. End of services.</p>

<p><strong>Day One: Iquitos/City Tour/Momon River/Lodge</strong></p>
<p>* Our Guide collects you from the airport or your hotel in our private bus.<br />
* You will be accompanied by a permanent English speaking Guide during the whole trip<br />
* City tour of the principal attractions of Iquitos:<br />
o The Main Square, The Catholic Cathedral,<br />
o The cast Iron House built by Eiffel, The Boulevar<br />
o Visit the Municipal Museum<br />
* We board our speedboat for the trip up the Nanay and Momon rivers.<br />
* Visit the Boras Indigenous Tribe<br />
* Visit to the Serpentarium to see snakes and other exotic animals.<br />
* Upon arrival at the Lodge we are warmly greeted with a welcome drink made of local tropical fruits.<br />
* Canoe rides on the river</p>
<p><strong>Day Two: Lodge</strong></p>
<p>* (Optional) we rise at the crack of dawn, around 5:30 am, for an hour long canoe ride upriver to enjoy the great variety of bird life.<br />
* Hike through the jungle to explore the rainforest.<br />
* Visit the Jibaro Indigenous Tribe.<br />
* Visit to the small villages of Gen Gen and Centro Fuerte to learn their customs and habits.<br />
o Visit the “Chullachaki” Mini- Zoo<br />
o Visit the JARDIN BOTANICO<br />
* Our Guide fascinates us with tales of the jungle</p>
<p><strong>Day Three: Lodge</strong></p>
<p>* Taking a hike to the Trapiche where you will taste delicious sugarcane liquor.Excursión de pesca<br />
* Fishing to harvest the abundant variety of fish in the river.<br />
* We have a musical jungle jam session using a variety of local acoustic instruments.</p>
<p><strong>Day Four: Lodge/Full Day Amazonas river</strong></p>
<p>* Full Day in the Amazonas river<br />
o Visit to the Monkey Island<br />
o Excursion on the Amazon river to see the pink or grey dolphins</p>
<p><strong>Day Five: Lodge//Yagua Indians/Pilpintuwasi/Iquitos</strong></p>
<p>* Visit the Yagua Indigenous Tribe<br />
* Visit to Pilpintuwasi Butterfly Farm<br />
* We head back to the city of Iquitos.<br />
* Observation of the meeting of the waters Nanay and Momon River<br />
* Tour Amazonas and Itaya rivers.<br />

o The floating city of Belen also known as the Venice of the Jungle,<br />

Quistococha Zoo and Lake.<br />

<p><strong>Day 01 &#8211; Iquitos &#8211; Ceiba Tops</strong><br />
Reception at the airport, brief city orientation and transfer to the Explorama dock. Twenty-five mile journey down the Amazon River to Ceiba Tops, where rooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms provide the comforts of home in the rainforest. Afternoon hike in the beautiful primary rainforest reserve surrounding the lodge which includes many huge trees festooned with epiphytes. After dinner there may be local flute or guitar music at the El Toucan Bar or the guides are always ready to relate some of the many legends of the Amazon forest.<br />

Overnight Ceiba Tops</p>
<p><strong>Day 02 &#8211; Ceiba Tops</strong><br />
Morning boat ride, spotting for dolphins, to visit a small village of Yagua Indians where your guide will explain the local Yagua Indian culture and how it was affected by the arrival of Europeans and the passing of time. There will also be an opportunity to see some of the local crafts and for a demonstration of the blowgun which some of the Yagua elders still use for hunting. Afternoon walking excursion to the neighboring town of Indiana. Originally a Franciscan mission, Indiana has grown into a large river community with its own market, high school and small hospital.<br />

Overnight Ceiba Tops</p>
<p><strong>Day 03 &#8211; Ceiba Tops – Iquitos</strong><br />
Your choice of morning walking or boating excursion to further enjoy the rainforest and Amazon River. Afternoon transfer to Iquitos and to the airport.<br />

<p>Reception at the airport, brief city orientation and transfer to the Explorama dock. Fifty mile journey down the Amazon River to Yanamono Stream where Explorama Lodge is located. Afternoon hike along the &#8220;Lake Trail&#8221; through lowland rainforest which is seasonally flooded. During the high water season, this excursion is done by open boat! Night walk or open boat ride to enjoy the sounds of the rainforest and stars of the Southern sky.<br />
Lunch, Dinner Overnight Explorama Lodge</p>
<h3>Día 02: Explorama Lodge</h3>
<p>Morning walk along the &#8220;Bushmaster Trail&#8221;, where scientific studies by the Missouri Botanical Gardens have found one of the world&#8217;s highest biodiversity of trees per square hectare. Your guide will point out many plants used in medicine today and many that we may use in the future. Afternoon open boat trip along the Amazon in search of either of the two species of freshwater dolphin found in the river and a chance for an afternoon swim.<br />
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Overnight Explorama Lodge</p>
<h3>Día 03 EXxplorama Lodge &#8211; Iquitos</h3>
<p>Morning walk along a local river trail with stops along the way to visit the &#8220;ribereños&#8221; or river people, visit a river school, see the local sugar cane rum &#8220;factory&#8221;or visit our resident American medical doctor in her clinic sponsored by the Rotary Club. Transfer back to Iquitos for your departure flight to Lima.<br />
